Advising

As a student of the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, you'll be assigned an Academic Adviser in your program of study who will act as your mentor.  Advisement is a careful,, deliberate process of consultation regarding your development and course of study while at Villanova.

Faculty

Villanova faculty are nationally recognized for excellence in teaching, applied learning techniques and research.  They have been awarded numerous honors, research grants and national fellowships by various academic associations and federal agencies.

Class Size

Small classes allow for more personal attention.  Most classes have between eleven and sixteen students enrolled, a size that strengthens understanding by giving students the attention they deserve.

Programs

Each Graduate Program within the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences is unique in its own right.  We have both academic, research-oriented programs and professional, career-oriented programs.
