Students earning a degree in Leadership Studies will learn to:

focus on key points
- Understand/influence/persuade a highly diverse group of internal and external
stakeholders
- Lead in an environment that spans global cultures
- Lead ethically

adjust course as needed
- Quickly resolve complex problems and perceive relationships among multiple,

The Leadership Studies program
curriculum requires a combination of the BIS core
courses and ten specific Leadership (LDR) courses. The degree has been designed

coursework outside their major which would complement and enhance the leadership
program. Examples of these academic discipline areas may include, but are not limited
to, Information Systems, Business and Communication.
